Does it taste like algae?

No, Hyper-U doesn’t really have much taste at all. Even so, it should be swallowed whole like many other supplements as there isn’t any particular flavour to enjoy.

What is spirulina?

Spirulina is a biomass of blue-green algae. It is eaten by both humans and animals and is often used as a dietary supplement and whole food.

What is phycocyanin?

Phycocyanin is a pigment protein that is naturally fluorescent and found in blue-green algae such as Spirulina. Phycocyanin has both anti-oxidant and anti-inflammation properties. It also offers neuroprotection effects.

What is Rhodiola?

Rhodiola is a perennial flowering plant that has been used in traditional medicines across Russia and Scandinavia for centuries, primarily being used to combat stress.

I have problems swallowing pills. Can I drink it instead?

Sure you can definitely open the capsule and pour the powder into a glass of water or any type of beverage and drink it. The colour will turn deep blue-green in a few seconds. Try it in your favourite drinks or in your morning latte.

Is it vegan?

Yes. Hyper-U does not contain any animal-derived ingredient.
